Dani Taylor is a natural bodybuilding figure champion, the co-founder of VeganProteins.com, co-manager of the Vegan Strong Team, and also co-founder of Team PlantBuilt, the largest team of vegan strength athletes in the world.  She grew up in a very unhealthy household and reached 210 pounds by high school. After going vegan for ethical reasons, she began to lose weight and soon found a love of weight-lifting.  The combination of a plant-based diet and lifting caused her to lose 90 pounds and turn her health around, eventually going on to win multiple figure competitions.  Since then she has become a certified strength and conditioning coach and has coached over a thousand other vegans on their own bodybuilding journeys.
